I cannot recommend Ashley enough! I sent Cairo to her for a 3-week training program and she did an absolutely amazing job. She clearly put in a lot of time and effort into working with Cairo and it really showed. Shes very knowledgeable and had a great way of connecting with Cairo. Ashley at Balanced Canine is amazing! She truly cares about you and your dog and wants the best for both of you. Her understanding of animal behavior paired with her passion for her job makes all the difference! She was very understanding and willing to work with me as I navigated what was best for my dog Willow (private lessons vs. board n train). When I decided to go the board n train round she was understanding of my worry and provided frequent updates on progress. She really has made a huge difference in both mine and my dog’s life. We sent our pit bull Juno for the behavioral training with Balanced Canine. She was there for five weeks and Ashley made sure to keep in touch with me constantly about any update or progress with Juno. We now have Juno back and the day of pick up Ashley was very helpful and precise on teaching my boyfriend and I how to continue the training commands with Juno. I can see Juno’s reactivity to certain things is WAY more manageable after going through Ashley at Balanced Canine! Ashley definitely has our five stars!! She even is continuing to do follow up’s with Juno and has stayed in touch with us!
